Job Summary The Sales Operations Specialist will provide administrative support to the sales team by maintaining CRM accuracy, coordinating schedules, and facilitating seamless follow-up processes. Key Responsibilities: Update CRM with accurate lead information, call notes, and pipeline status in a timely manner Evaluate inbound applications from prospects and prioritize leads accordingly Coordinate sales calls, follow-ups, and client onboarding activities to ensure smooth customer engagement Send reminders and notifications to prospects on behalf of the sales team via email and text messages Manage sales collateral, proposals, contracts, and presentation materials efficiently Analyze KPIs, generate sales reports, and maintain dashboards for team visibility and decision-making Handle various administrative tasks including calendar management, data entry, and file organization Support lead nurturing campaigns and re-engagement sequences to drive sales growth Facilitate effective communication between sales team members and other departments
