Sales Team Associate and Executive Support Specialist As a Sales Team Associate and Executive Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our revenue engine's organization, precision, and momentum.This position sits at the intersection of sales operations, CRM management, and overall support, enabling the sales team to run smoothly, prepare effectively, and close efficiently.Sales Operations & CRM ManagementMaintain CRM data hygiene across all deals and pipelines in HubSpotCreate follow-ups and tasks from meeting notes to progress dealsPrepare weekly pipeline reports and monthly sales performance summaries (conversion rates, expansion vs. new logos, etc.)Support contract preparation, sending, and organizationEstablish and maintain accurate customer accounts within the company portalDemo and Meeting PreparationResearch prospects and properties for personalized sales conversationsDesign decks and slides for demosAssist with pre- and post-event follow-ups and outreachInbox, Calendar, and Scheduling ManagementClean up and manage up to 4 sales inboxes weeklySchedule meetings and maintain a sales calendar for QBRs, Expansion, first applicant, property engagement, etcSales Enablement and Marketing SupportUpdate and maintain sales collateral, FAQs, and shared materialsDesign light Canva visualizations for decks or presentationsSupport content coordination and postingTrack property-level engagement and follow-upsAccount and Partner SupportConduct strategic account research for new opportunitiesTrack deal follow-ups and ensure no issues are overlooked Requirements: 2+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or executive supportHubSpot expert – comfortable managing pipelines, reports, and automationsHighly organized with strong attention to detailExcellent written and spoken English communication skillsProficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CanvaProactive, reliable, and fast – takes ownership and anticipates needsFast learner with a strong interest in using AI tools to optimize and streamline workflowsComfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
