Sales Team Associate and Executive Support Specialist As a Sales Team Associate and Executive Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our revenue engine's organization, precision, and momentum. This position sits at the intersection of sales operations, CRM management, and overall support, enabling the sales team to run smoothly, prepare effectively, and close efficiently. Sales Operations & CRM Management Maintain CRM data hygiene across all deals and pipelines in HubSpot Create follow-ups and tasks from meeting notes to progress deals Prepare weekly pipeline reports and monthly sales performance summaries (conversion rates, expansion vs. new logos, etc.) Support contract preparation, sending, and organization Establish and maintain accurate customer accounts within the company portal Demo and Meeting Preparation Research prospects and properties for personalized sales conversations Design decks and slides for demos Assist with pre- and post-event follow-ups and outreach Inbox, Calendar, and Scheduling Management Clean up and manage up to 4 sales inboxes weekly Schedule meetings and maintain a sales calendar for QBRs, Expansion, first applicant, property engagement, etc Sales Enablement and Marketing Support Update and maintain sales collateral, FAQs, and shared materials Design light Canva visualizations for decks or presentations Support content coordination and posting Track property-level engagement and follow-ups Account and Partner Support Conduct strategic account research for new opportunities Track deal follow-ups and ensure no issues are overlooked Requirements: 2+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or executive support HubSpot expert – comfortable managing pipelines, reports, and automations Highly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent written and spoken English communication skills Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Canva Proactive, reliable, and fast – takes ownership and anticipates needs Fast learner with a strong interest in using AI tools to optimize and streamline workflows Comfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
