Key Sales Role in North America Our organization is seeking a skilled sales professional to drive the adoption of our product at universities and colleges in North America. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual who excels in remote work environments and strives for growth and success. Main Responsibilities: Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, while meeting or exceeding sales goals. Develop and execute an effective territory sales plan and monitor pipeline progress. Provide engaging product demonstrations to researchers, teaching faculty, and academic librarians in North America. Establish proactive communication channels with clients and users through emails and calls. Analyze trends and make data-driven decisions on priorities in your work. Collaborate effectively with other teams, such as marketing, to deliver on sales targets, team projects, and campaigns. Requirements and Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in EdTech, STEM publishing, or SaaS industries. Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using Salesforce and platforms like Hubspot. Confidence in dealing with clients and product users. Self-motivation, initiative, results-oriented attitude, and willingness to learn new skills. Resilience and ability to overcome challenges.
