Sales Manager About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales efforts and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. BUILD strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth. Maintain accurate records of sales performance, including metrics and analytics. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. Requirements 3+ years of sales experience in food ingredients or additives industry; hydrocolloid industry experience a plus. Familiarity with hydrocolloid application technology and ability to communicate with clients on this topic. Fluent English required; Chinese communication skills a plus.
