Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and dedicated sales professional to join our team as a Sales Development Representative.As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in our inside sales activities and lead generation efforts.Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, initiate contact, and nurture relationships to drive sales.This role requires effective communication with clients and close collaboration with the sales and business development teams to achieve sales targets.This is a full-time remote position that offers a stable base income and opportunities for growth and advancement.We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about sales, has excellent communication skills, and can work independently with minimal supervision.ResponsibilitiesConduct cold calling to identify and qualify potential clientsInitiate contact and build relationships with prospective clientsEffectively communicate the value proposition of our products/servicesNurture leads through follow-ups and relationship-building activitiesCollaborate with the sales and business development teams to achieve sales targetsCompensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package that includes:Base Salary: $300 per monthCommission: 15% of Revenue GeneratedPerformance Fee: $***** per qualified sales call generatedThis structure ensures that you have a stable base income while also providing opportunities for significant earnings based on your success in generating qualified leads.About this OpportunityThis job opportunity includes detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) that cover any questions or details needed to successfully book qualified calls at scale.These SOPs provide comprehensive guidance to ensure your success.There is significant room for growth as an SDR/Cold Caller, where you could advance to become a Sales Development Manager and lead teams based on your experience and performance.
