1. Seek opportunities for cooperation with agencies and MCNs.
2. Build up measurement mechanisms and generate high broadcasting rate of hosts.
3. Ability to plan and optimize events for agencies and streamers independently based on data analysis.
Qualifications:
1. Strong data analysis ability, able to quickly pinpoint and solve problems.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across organization functions and levels
3. Minimum 1+ year experience in live-streaming or KOL management.
