TikTok LIVE's mission is to collaborate with creators, influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create a global environment that fosters real-time connections and meaningful interactions.

Responsibilities

Agency Business Development and Onboarding

  • Drive market awareness about TikTok LIVE business opportunities and promote LIVE in the content industry.
  • Form strategic partnerships with key players in the content and talent business and onboard them to become LIVE agencies.
  • Develop new agency onboarding programs and training curriculums focused on operational capabilities and LIVE monetization techniques.
  • Responsible for BD quantity and quality metrics as well as new agency early success metrics.

Agency Growth Operations

  • Build a structured agency growth path and professionalization journey.
  • Develop training strategies and implementation tactics to level up agencies' revenue incremental and profitability on the platform.
  • Define winning content strategies that agencies and agency creators should implement to reach new audiences and new monetization milestones.
  • Identify agency internal management gaps and conceptualize an efficient operation model.
  • Rebuild and iterate the agency incentives structure based on deep understanding of agencies' needs, motivations, and objectives.
  • Proactively look for global best practices and regional best practices and transfer them to the local market.
  • Hold online and offline competitions amongst agencies to increase the level of competitiveness of the market.
  • Responsible for agency revenue growth metrics and other qualitative metrics on content improvement and creator progress.

Team Management and XFN Collaboration

  • Set team level and individual level quarterly and monthly OKRs for each team member.
  • Develop structured progress tracking mechanisms such as daily standups, weekly/biweekly planning, and quarterly reviews.
  • Assess the strengths and areas of improvement of each team member and develop individualized growth plans.
  • Develop team members' ability in creative problem-solving, effective communication, and results-driven working habits.
  • Be the liaison between regional and central teams on Agency policy, governance, product features, and advocate for region's benefit and interest vis-a-vis central decision making.
  • Represent LIVE in XFN occasions and form strategic alliances with other departments of TikTok.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years of working experience in the tech industry, such as LIVE, LIVE Agency Management, B2B management experience in content industry, e-commerce, financial services, O2O services.
  • Must have 2 years or more of people management experience.
  • Must speak English and Mandarin fluently to effectively partner with global agencies in their native language.
  • Experience with revenue targets and a proven track record of bringing exponential growth to the business.
  • Strong communication skills and adaptable to a fast-changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience in LIVE or a LIVE agency management.
  • Experience with leading growth plateau breakthroughs and pivoting to success.
  • Portuguese a high plus to communicate with local stakeholders.
