Job Title: Head of Operations (Director Level) - CS & Sales Ops

Join a dynamic team at Contratação Acelerada as we seek a seasoned Head of Operations to lead our Customer Success and Sales Operations functions.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements.
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a customer-facing or sales operations capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
