Job Title: Head of Sales for South America

Elekta is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Sales for South America to lead our sales strategy and drive business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to retain and grow the current install base across South America
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, establishing strong customer relationships and driving sales performance
  • Collaborate with commercial excellence leader and Head of Staff/Finance to drive GTM strategy
  • Partner with regional Management team & BL's to drive territory and segment strategy for the region
  • Actively support GTM effectiveness across Direct, Indirect sales
  • Utilize KPIs to set control and maintain best-class selling processes across Latam's South Region and Caribe
  • Lead tender and offer activities, including proposal, contract creation, T&C, Quote support, and order bookings and cancellations
  • Own sales operations, including backlog health, order changes, and sales process optimization
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, or technology; MBA preferred
  • Strong business acumen and experience in operations and commercial processes
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior-level management
  • Executive-level presentation skills and coaching/mentoring experience
  • Understanding of financial data and ability to drive sales force effectiveness
