About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales for South America to lead our sales strategy and operations in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing high-performing sales teams, and establishing strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share in South America.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales operations, commercial excellence, and business analytics.
  • Develop and implement sales processes and tools to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, or technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, commercial operations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, building high-performing teams, and establishing strong customer relationships.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Experience with sales operations, commercial excellence, and business analytics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
