About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager Channel Partners, South Latin America to join our team at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. This role will be responsible for leading our channel partner strategy and sales efforts in the region, driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel partner strategy for South Latin America, aligning with our overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our channel partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to drive sales growth.
  • Own the sales process within assigned countries, including pre-sale and post-sale activities.
  • Deploy sales and marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth and increase market visibility.
  • Partner with local sales teams to provide matrix leadership and ensure accountability of regional teams.
  • Provide high-level views of all activities within individual channel partners, course-correcting and escalating as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or sciences, with a Master's degree in the healthcare industry preferred.
  • At least 10 years of sales experience and distributors management in the medical devices industry.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
  • Ability to understand business and financial goals of channel partners and develop a sound strategy for partnership.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a matrix structure.
