Cencora is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve regional revenue targets
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate high-performing sales teams
- Experience working in a matrix organization with a global perspective
