Director of Sales

We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to join our team at The Hoxton, Dublin. As a key member of our pre-opening team, you will play a crucial role in the successful launch of our hotel, restaurants, and bars.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic commercial plans to drive revenue across all market segments.
  • Lead the sales team, ensuring strategies are in place to deliver strong top-line revenue results.
  • Manage and maintain close working relationships with Ennismore regional and brand leads for Sales, Revenue, and Brand.
  • Provide local market knowledge to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Take ownership of pre-opening sales strategies and the sales critical path.
  • Collaborate with key teams to ensure effective working relationships and drive top-line revenue.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years' experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the Irish market.
  • Passion for hotel sales and goal-driven approach.
  • Strong team leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and methodical thinking, with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to introduce structured ways of working into a fast-paced environment.
