About the Role

The Head of Sales is a critical leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth for consumer advertisers on TikTok. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute a go-to-market strategy, prioritize key marketing narratives, and lead a team of sales leaders to deliver revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Prioritize sales narratives focused on the needs of key verticals and customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a national sales team of people managers and individual contributors to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of critical vertical market trends and customer opportunities.
Requirements
  • Substantial experience in digital advertising, ad sales, brand marketing, and CPG verticals.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of CPG marketing, sales strategies, product catalog, content management, and retail operations.
  • Expertise in CPG media platforms and digital marketplaces.
  • Ability to foster C-Level executive relationships and recruit and retain top talent.
