We are seeking a seasoned Account Development Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts across various territories. Manage existing clients and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Cultivate new key accounts within assigned territories through proactive networking and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities: Main Objectives: Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to foster account growth. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Collaborate with product development teams to contribute to new products/services. Requirements: Proven ability to build long-term commercial relationships through strong influencing and negotiation skills. Experience in delivering results in an autonomous environment, with proficiency in project management. Aptitude for staying updated on industry trends and market conditions. About the Role: We are looking for someone with expertise in the travel & hospitality industries, possessing commercial knowledge and proficient in English and Portuguese.
