We are looking for a Programmatic Demand Sales Manager to drive the commercialization of premium programmatic CTV advertising solutions within a global AdTech environment. This role is ideal for a senior professional with strong experience in programmatic advertising, digital media sales, and the CTV ecosystem, who can combine strategic thinking, commercial skills, and technical understanding of programmatic media trading. Key Responsibilities Sell premium programmatic CTV advertising solutions (PMP/PG) to advertisers, agencies, trading desks, DSPs, and demand-side partners. Build and expand high-value relationships with key advertisers across Europe, North America, and Latin America. Drive revenue growth in advanced programmatic channels. Develop long-term and “always-on” programmatic deals, including private and exclusive marketplaces for specific buyers. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Ad Operations, Marketing, Publishers, Revenue Operations) to deliver customized programmatic solutions. Produce post-campaign reports with insights and performance analysis. Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the AdTech ecosystem. Requirements Brazilian nationality; English as the working language. Bachelor’s degree or above; Business or related fields preferred. 6+ years of experience in digital media sales, programmatic advertising, or business development. Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSP, DMP, trading desks, agencies, ad networks, etc.). Proven ability to build strategic relationships with agencies and DSPs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and solution-selling skills. Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in multicultural, international environments.
