Senior Frontend Engineer Our organization is seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to contribute to the development of high-performance web applications using React.js and TypeScript. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of front-end engineering principles, including component-based architecture, state management, and performance optimization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining user interfaces that meet the highest standards of quality and usability. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with back-end services and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop rich, interactive web applications using React.js, Next.js, and TailwindCSS Build and maintain reusable components and front-end architecture to support evolving product ecosystems Collaborate with designers and back-end engineers to implement design systems and UX layers Work closely with full-stack engineers to ensure consistent integration with Supabase and other platform services Support and enhance existing React Native mobile applications as part of a unified team delivering cross-platform experiences Requirements: 5+ years of professional experience in front-end engineering with React.js and TypeScript Excellent English communication skills Proven track record delivering web applications using React.js, Next.js, and TailwindCSS Strong understanding of component-based architecture, state management, responsive design, and performance optimization Experience working with data visualization tools such as D3.js, Recharts, or Mapbox Proactive mindset and ability to self-manage in a distributed environment Desirable Skills: Experience working with React Native and cross-platform design systems Experience with shadcn UI Familiarity with Supabase or similar backend-as-a-service tools Benefits: Opportunity to work on challenging projects with a talented team Professional growth and development opportunities Flexible remote work arrangements Competitive compensation package About Us: We are a nearshore software development company providing outsourced development resources to North American companies.
