ServiceNow Expertise Wanted We're seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow expert to lead the development of custom applications and integrations. Main Responsibilities: Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions. Lead complex customization projects using scripting and automation tools. Implement REST/SOAP integrations with various enterprise systems. Ensure instance performance optimization through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical solutioning and architecture decisions. Requirements: Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory. Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is also required. A bachelor's degree in software engineering or a related field is necessary; a master's degree is preferred.
