Job Summary: Develop full-funnel strategies across Google Ads & YouTube for fast-growing DTC brands. Lead account audits, scaling roadmaps, and creative testing cycles. Scale PMAX and YouTube campaigns, optimize Shopping & Search, and unlock cold traffic profitability. Guide clients on ad creative, funnel structure, CRO, and landing page strategy. Direct landing page & advertorial builds (listicles, quizzes, VSLs). Provide performance reviews, client education, and action plans. Requirements: Proven track record in e-commerce growth with expertise in Google Ads & YouTube. Strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions. Excellent communication skills to educate clients on complex topics. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
