Job Overview We are seeking an experienced senior project manager to lead our IT projects in an agile environment. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in project management, a bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science, and hands-on development experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage teams of technical architects, developers, QA professionals, and business analysts Lead metrics such as burndown charts and oversee all phases of the software development life cycle Deliver projects on time and within scope Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and motivate cross-functional teams Requirements: Fluent English language skills Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science Minimum 8 years of IT project management experience in agile environments Prior hands-on development experience Experience managing projects and delivering results on time and within scope Desirable Requirements: Experience in the oil and gas industry Previous experience in a consulting role or possessing a consultative mindset Project management certification About this Role This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a senior project manager to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality IT projects.
