Sales Manager As a sales manager, you will be responsible for driving new business and retaining existing customers. Your key objectives include identifying and working with distributors and key value-added resellers to achieve revenue growth. Develop strategic plans to motivate and energize channel partners, fostering strong relationships to increase sales. Identify and create new sales opportunities, ensuring the development of good customer relationships is maintained. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A minimum of 8 years of experience in channel sales, solution selling, or project selling in the IT industry, preferably with government sector customer experience. Strong leadership skills, aggressive, dynamic, result-oriented, and achievement motivated. High integrity, target-focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This role requires an individual who is proactive, goal-oriented, and dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
