Project Manager Our team is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our projects and drive business growth. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring all projects align with business objectives, driving implementation, and enhancing business growth and efficiency. Develop and optimize project management frameworks, standards, and processes to ensure smooth project execution. Organize and lead project meetings, track progress, and drive cross-department collaboration. Monitor project timelines, costs, quality, and risks to ensure efficient delivery. To succeed in this role, you will need: Experience in PMO or project management. Strong business-driving capabilities, ensuring projects are guided by final business outcomes. Experience with OKR or KPI goal management. Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills. Proficient in both Chinese and English as working languages. Portuguese speakers will be given priority. You will enjoy: A dynamic work environment with international team members from 26 countries. The opportunity to participate in the initial planning, design, and implementation of key projects.
