A Morphia, primeira plataforma de vendas com IA para tatuadores e estúdios de tatuagem, fundada pelo maior nome do mercado no Brasil, Chico Morbene, está buscando um engenheiro de IA focado em construção de agentes de IA e sistemas agênticos. Buscamos alguém inquieto, curioso e que curta desafios de integração, automação e arquitetura de soluções inteligentes. Responsabilidades: Desenvolver, treinar e manter agentes de IA baseados em LLM (OpenAI, Llama, Mistral, etc.), com foco em automação de atendimento, processamento de dados e fluxos de negócio inteligentes. Criar pipelines de dados, integrações com APIs e fluxos de automação envolvendo ferramentas como n8n e integrações REST/SOAP. Manipular bases de dados SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) para armazenamento, vetorização e consulta eficiente de informações. Implementar lógica de context engineering, embeddings e integrações com vetores (Pinecone, Supabase, Weaviate, etc.). Explorar e aplicar frameworks de agentes como LlamaIndex, LangChain, CrewAI (ou similares) para projetos robustos e escaláveis. Requisitos: Sólidos conhecimentos em Python para desenvolvimento de automações, scripts e agentes conversacionais. Prática com SQL para manipulação, consulta e modelagem de dados relacionais. Experiência com APIs REST, autenticação OAuth2, manipulação de JSON e webhooks. Conhecimentos em versionamento de código (Git). Capacidade de documentar processos, escrever código limpo e colaborar em times multidisciplinares. Diferenciais: Conhecimento prático nos frameworks LlamaIndex, LangChain, CrewAI e engenharia de contexto. Experiência em pipelines de dados e manipulação de embeddings (OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc). Familiaridade com n8n (self-hosted), Docker e deploy em ambientes cloud (EC2, Railway, Render, etc). Projetos anteriores de automação de atendimento, CRM, vendas ou integração de sistemas legados. Conhecimentos de IA generativa, RAG e vetorização com Pinecone/Supabase. Noções de front-end (HTML/CSS) para interfaces leves.
