Job Title: Senior Corporate Lawyer We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced corporate lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting contracts, reviewing civil and corporate law matters, and providing risk assessment and guidance for managerial decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious lawyer to take their career to the next level. As a senior corporate lawyer, you will play a key role in supporting the business by providing expert legal advice and guidance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contractual law, with experience of working in a fast-paced environment. You will be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Main Responsibilities: Drafting and negotiating contracts, including vendor, supplier, and customer agreements. Reviewing civil and corporate law matters, including providing risk assessment and guidance for managerial decisions. Providing expert legal advice and guidance to Operations, Sales, HR, and Procurement departments. Supporting in legal proceedings, hearings, and meeting deadlines. Requirements: Education: Full qualified lawyer with good standing license from Brazilian bar association. Experience: At least 5 years of experience as an in-house lawyer. Skills: Proven experience in contractual law, sound knowledge of tax and corporate law, ability to work independently, high intercultural awareness, advanced knowledge of Spanish, and full MS-Office package.
