Senior Legal Counsel We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic legal advice to support the business's growth and development. Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, as well as supporting the department in civil and corporate law matters. You will also be expected to provide risk assessment and guidance to mitigate risks in support of managerial decisions. Main Accountabilities: Provide legal support to departments such as Operations, Sales, HR, and Procurement. Drafting, revising, and negotiating vendors, suppliers, and customers' agreements, as well as airport lease agreements. Drafting and revising legal documents, policies, and official communications. Support in legal proceedings, hearings, and meeting legal deadlines. Advising internal clients on civil, corporate, and regulatory law matters. Monitor legislative and regulatory updates, ensuring company compliance. Advising on general topics in support of company interests. Supporting company in licenses and permits proceedings. Relationship with external law firms and internal departments. Ensure compliance with internal and external deadlines. Support the company's various business initiatives. Required Skills and Qualifications: Full qualified lawyer with good standing license from Brazilian bar association. At least 5 years of experience as an in-house lawyer. Proven experience in contractual law. Sounding knowledge of tax and corporate law highly desirable. Ability to work independently. High intercultural awareness. Advanced knowledge of Spanish. Advanced knowledge of English (a plus). Full MS-Office package, including Excel.
