Sales and Client Coordinator About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Sales and Client Coordinator where you will play a vital role in managing client communications, tracking sales opportunities, preparing key documents, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful client engagements. Key Responsibilities Client & Deal Flow Coordination: Prepare tailored sales dossiers, meeting briefs, and follow-up materials to ensure well-informed client interactions. Coordinate with internal teams – including founders, delivery, legal, and finance – on contracts, invoicing, and client deadlines to prevent bottlenecks. Sales Outreach & Pipeline Management: Conduct outbound research on target accounts, prospects, industries, and competitors using industry-leading tools. Launch personalized outreach campaigns to drive engagement and book qualified discovery calls. Maintain a clean, organized CRM and sales pipeline, running consistent follow-ups via email, phone, and messaging to nurture leads and progress deals. Contract & Post-Sale Coordination: Draft, manage, and track SOWs, NDAs, and contracts through signature, collaborating with Finance on billing and invoicing. Serve as the first line of client support for post-sale issues, capture feedback, identify upsell opportunities, and escalate concerns to relevant teams. Reporting & Process Optimization: Build weekly dashboards and reports highlighting stuck deals, upcoming renewals, and at-risk follow-ups. Conduct quarterly win/loss analyses to improve sales effectiveness. Automate repetitive tasks and workflows using industry-leading tools, while suggesting process improvements to streamline the sales cycle. Relationship & Client Engagement: Track client birthdays and milestones, sending personalized messages or small gifts to strengthen relationships. Support Account Executives in maintaining consistent, meaningful communication with prospects and clients. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in Sales Support functions (e.g., Sales Assistant, Client Enablement Specialist, Account Coordinator, Sales Operations, Inside Sales, or Executive Assistant supporting sales leaders). Excellent organizational, note-taking, and communication skills. Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in client-facing interactions. Proficiency in CRM systems and Google Workspace. Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful – able to anticipate needs and stay two steps ahead. Benefits A competitive salary starting from $7 / hr depending on experience.
