Job Opportunity Sales Coordinator Role Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information, call notes, and pipeline status Inbound application grading for prospects, ensuring timely evaluation of sales potential Schedule and coordinate sales calls, follow-ups, and client onboarding activities to facilitate seamless communication Send follow-up emails, texts, and reminders to prospects on behalf of the sales team, enhancing customer engagement Manage sales collateral, proposals, contracts, and presentation materials to support sales efforts Track key performance indicators, generate sales reports, and maintain dashboards for team visibility, promoting data-driven decision making Handle administrative tasks including calendar management, data entry, and file organization, freeing up time for core sales functions Support lead nurturing campaigns and re-engagement sequences to optimize sales outcomes Coordinate communication between sales team members and other departments, fostering a collaborative environment To succeed in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication. The ideal candidate will be able to ensure 100% CRM accuracy with timely updates on all lead activities and deal stages, zero missed appointments or follow-ups due to scheduling or administrative errors, consistent tracking and reporting of sales metrics, pipeline health, and team performance, improved sales team productivity through efficient administrative support and coordination, clear and proactive communication with the team on priorities, deadlines, and action items, and tangible contribution to revenue goals by enabling the sales team to maximize selling time.
