Job Description: Senior Corporate Account Manager Company Overview: bTd Travel & Jets is a leading global concierge travel company with a presence in the US, Brazil, and Portugal and expanding to Spain and Mexico in 2025 and across Europe, Latin America, and GCC later. bTd operates under three innovative models: B2C (exclusive membership services), B2B (corporate travel management), and B2B2C (travel concierge services for business partners). Within the B2B model, we specialize in delivering cutting-edge corporate travel management solutions through our bTd Corp Tool. This platform seamlessly blends intuitive technology with personalized services, simplifying business travel with exclusive rates on commercial flights, hotels, car services worldwide, with automated processes, and a focus on exceptional customer satisfaction. Beyond corporate travel, we also provide employees with access to bTd travel benefits and personalized concierge services for their leisure trips, enriching their overall travel experiences. CX Travel Specialist (Night Shift) We are looking for a CX Travel Specialist to join our Customer Experience (CX) team. The ideal candidate is experienced with Amadeus and corporate travel management to support our global clients during night shifts. Main Responsibilities - Manage bookings for flights, hotels, and car rentals via Amadeus and other tools. - Handle client requests, changes, and special services via WhatsApp and email. - Process exchanges, refunds, EMDs, and monitor itineraries proactively. - Support VIP and C-level travelers with high-touch, discreet service. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction. Requirements - Experience in luxury or corporate travel. - Strong experience with Amadeus GDS (Air module) - Advanced level (An Amadeus Test will be conducted to verify level of proficiency) - Background in TMCs, agencies, or airlines. - Proficiency in English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus. - Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and flexible for night/weekend shifts. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across multiple languages. Intermediate knowledge in NDC platforms is required. Effective training and delegation skills, with a "learning by doing" approach. Remote work arrangement, with a 44-hour workweek. Flexibility to travel domestically within Brazil and internationally to locations where bTd operates. This position is required or night shift and weekends, with flexibility. Excels in remote work for a global hybrid startup, combining tech-driven travel solutions with personalized services. Compensation: Competitive base salary. Night shift extra hours Performance-based bonuses and monthly premiums based on achieving KPIs. Sales commissions for achieving and exceeding targets.
