Job Overview: The Indirect Tax Specialist will lead our indirect tax strategy, ensuring compliance with current legislation and optimizing the tax burden. Main Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize cash flow. Analyze changes in tax laws and regulations, providing recommendations for compliance and minimizing risks. Manage relationships with tax authorities, responding to audits and inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely preparation and filing of all tax returns. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law. Advanced degree or CPA certification preferred. Proven experience in indirect taxes, tax compliance, and tax planning. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English (written & spoken). Language Skills: Fluent in Portuguese (native proficiency).
