We are looking for a talented SAP Marketing Cloud consultant to join our fortune 100 customer with a global presence. The qualified candidate will have demonstrated experience with SAP Marketing Cloud and will be working in MS DevOps to work through tickets assigned related to integrations to the platform. The incumbent will partner with business stakeholders/marketeers to deliver on action items and requirements to support business needs and will be an advocate for Agile scrum principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integration Work: Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between SAP Marketing Cloud and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide expert advice, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Agile Methodology: Work within an agile framework, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner.
- Solution Design: Develop and configure SAP Marketing Cloud solutions to meet business requirements, including campaign management, segmentation, and analytics.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and perform optimally.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented solutions, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest SAP Marketing Cloud features and best practices, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and other team members to ensure effective use of SAP Marketing Cloud solutions
Must-Haves:
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with marketeers
- At least 2 years exp SAP Marketing Cloud
- Experience with integrations in an SAP Marketing Cloud setting
- Experience working in an agile or SAFE agile framework
Plusses:
- Experience working with SAP Marketing Cloud in a variety of environments/enterprise corporations
Compensation range for this role: $25-40usd/hr dependent upon experience
