Accounting Leadership Role We seek an experienced accountant to lead and support the transition from QuickBooks Online to NetSuite. In this high-impact role, you will combine hands-on accounting with process improvement to help our client scale its operations. This position involves: Leading the transition from QuickBooks Online to NetSuite, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency Managing full-cycle accounting operations: general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close Preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules Maintaining and updating loan schedules, insurance allocations, and related entries across operating entities Categorizing transactions in Ramp, Brex, and other systems Providing financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making Continuously improving accounting processes and leveraging NetSuite functionality for efficiency gains Requirements: Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and NetSuite Proven track record of successfully leading accounting transitions and process improvements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Benefits: Our client offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
