Job Description: We're looking for a seasoned Creative Strategist to drive our direct response advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and executing creative strategies that drive conversions. Key Responsibilities: Developing and implementing creative strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and messaging. Managing the development of new ad campaigns, including concepting, scripting, and production. Leading reviews and analysis to optimize campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform marketing decisions. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in direct response creative strategy, preferably in high-spend environments. Deep understanding of VSL-style ads and their application in various marketing contexts. Proven ability to ship high volumes of ads while maintaining quality and accuracy. Strong post-production literacy, including basic proficiency in video editing software. Ability to write and brief iterations and content creators for DR assets. Data-driven mindset, with a focus on driving performance through metrics like Hook, Hold, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
