Event Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a skilled and organized Event Coordinator to spearhead our regional presence and engagement initiatives. This role is crucial in building and nurturing strong relationships with key organizations, particularly shopping malls and local businesses, to drive brand visibility, foster community ties, and support our strategic objectives, including the growth of the Marketplace. Main Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with external organizations. Design, plan, and execute diverse portfolios of regional events and activations. Negotiate contracts with vendors and partners to secure favorable terms. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 5 years of proven experience in event management, community relations, and/or partnership development. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize resources for events. Strong project management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
