We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Automation & Integration Engineer to join our team. Our Client is one of the United States' largest insurers, providing a wide range of insurance and financial services products with gross written premiums well over US$25 Billion (P&C). Role Description: This role centers on the implementation and optimization of a MarTech data flow pattern involving Snowflake, Segment, Braze, and other SaaS platforms. Key responsibilities include: Design and maintain data pipelines between Snowflake, Segment CDP, Braze, and additional platforms Implement real-time and batch data ingestion strategies Manage customer event tracking and identity resolution within Segment Orchestrate personalized marketing campaigns in Braze using dynamic segmentation and behavioral triggers Ensure data integrity and feedback loops from Braze back into Snowflake via Segment Automate data transformations and enrichment using scripting languages Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues across platforms Requirements 4 to 6 years of experience in IT environments with a strong focus on MarTech architecture. Familiarity with insurance industry data and customer lifecycle models is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT, Data Science, Software Engineering.
