Job Responsibilities: Analyze data to inform business decisions and support merchant operations. Collaborate with internal teams to identify business needs and develop scalable solutions. Work closely with the business team to explore key business opportunities and gain insights into merchant needs. Participate in key projects, provide data analysis support, and promote project implementation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as mathematics, economics, computer science, or related fields. Experience in data analysis, preferably in top-tier internet companies or consulting firms. Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools. Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical mindset. Expertise in statistical analysis and proven track record of driving business improvements through data insights. Strong ownership, communication skills, and ability to lead projects in multicultural environments. Proficiency in English language.
