Serving as the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical difficulties. Recording and documenting all calls and incidents in our ticket registration platform. Directing each incident to the corresponding resolution group for prompt attention. Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate will possess: Advanced/fluent English and Spanish language skills. Expertise in managing ITSM tools for help desk services. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills.
