Clinical Application Specialist Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Application Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing clinical application training for MRI equipment in assigned areas. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a radiographer or radiologist in the healthcare industry or 5 years of experience as an application specialist in one specific modality field, with knowledge of MRI products, technology, and operation. The key responsibilities of this role include: Developing and executing clinical application training for MRI equipment in assigned areas. Identifying and resolving customer clinical issues promptly, enhancing satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Collecting and summarizing customer feedback, along with exceptional clinical images/cases, to support product sales and research. Establishing regional expert resources, maintaining expert connections, and aiding customers in conducting clinical scientific research. Overseeing the establishment and maintenance of reference hospitals within the designated region and welcoming visiting hospital delegations. Additional tasks as assigned by supervisors. The requirements for this role include: Bachelor's degree or higher in medical imaging diagnosis, medical imaging technology, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience as a radiographer or radiologist in the healthcare industry or 5 years of experience as an application specialist in one specific modality field, with knowledge of MRI products, technology, and operation. Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, with good customer service awareness. Strong teamwork ability, enjoy working with people, and committed to delivering excellent customer satisfaction. High sense of responsibility, strong ability to work under pressure, adaptable to frequent business travel. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
