Estamos contratando: Desenvolvedor(a) de Agentes de IA 🤖 (Python) BILÍNGUE

A Stefanini LATAM busca um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) especializado(a) em AI Agents para atuar em um projeto global de tecnologia , com foco em soluções inteligentes e integrações corporativas.

📍 Local: São Paulo – Modelo híbrido (maioria remoto, idas pontuais para workshops)

🕐 Contrato: PJ via Deel (longa duração)

🚀 Início: Imediato

Necessário Inglês Fluente

O que você vai fazer:

✔ Desenvolver e implementar agentes de IA (projetos de curta duração – 1 semana a 1 mês cada)

✔ Trabalhar com alto nível de autonomia, conversando com áreas de negócio e testando suas próprias entregas

✔ Atuar também como business analyst e QA quando necessário, garantindo qualidade e entendimento do negócio

✔ Integrar soluções com diferentes plataformas (ex.: Salesforce)

Requisitos:

✔ Experiência sólida em Python

✔ Experiência com AI Agents (LLMs, chatbots ou similares)

✔ Integrações via APIs (experiência com Salesforce é um diferencial)

✔ Inglês avançado

✔ Boa comunicação e autonomia – você será responsável por garantir que a entrega aconteça do início ao fim

Desejável: Conhecimento em linguagens como Java, .NET ou PHP
