Job description:
The QA Manager is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and directing all activities related to the operation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
Major Accountabilities: As QA Manager:
- Develop, implement, and improve the Quality Management System.
- Supervise the implementation of the QMS across all departments, monitor its operation, and suggest improvements to management.
- Represent the company in quality-related matters with third parties such as customers, consultants, and certification bodies.
- Coordinate and supervise corrective and preventive actions.
- Oversee the recording and evaluation of customer complaints and customer satisfaction.
- Manage document control for the quality system documentation.
- Ensure customer requirements and confidentiality obligations are met company-wide.
- Act as the management representative on quality matters.
- Immediately transfer adverse event and medical information related to company formulations to appropriate departments.
Ideal Experience:
- 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals in a Quality & Regulatory role.
Specific Knowledge:
- University degree or equivalent.
Languages:
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
