Job description:

The QA Manager is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and directing all activities related to the operation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).

Major Accountabilities: As QA Manager:

  • Develop, implement, and improve the Quality Management System.
  • Supervise the implementation of the QMS across all departments, monitor its operation, and suggest improvements to management.
  • Represent the company in quality-related matters with third parties such as customers, consultants, and certification bodies.
  • Coordinate and supervise corrective and preventive actions.
  • Oversee the recording and evaluation of customer complaints and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage document control for the quality system documentation.
  • Ensure customer requirements and confidentiality obligations are met company-wide.
  • Act as the management representative on quality matters.
  • Immediately transfer adverse event and medical information related to company formulations to appropriate departments.

Ideal Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals in a Quality & Regulatory role.

Specific Knowledge:

  • University degree or equivalent.

Languages:

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
