What we’re looking for:
We need a Facebook Ads Manager to lead and optimize high-ROI campaigns for local service industry clients. You should have a proven track record with Facebook advertising and a data-driven, strategic mindset to independently manage campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of Facebook ad campaigns.
- Conduct in-depth audience research to ensure campaign relevance.
- Collaborate with customer managers to align ad strategies with client goals.
- Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights for budget and bid adjustments.
- Stay updated on Facebook’s policies, platform updates, and trends.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights for clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven 5+ years of expertise in Facebook advertising with measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign management.
- Deep understanding of Facebook Ads, policies, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns with precision and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and insights.
- Self-sufficient and proactive, able to solve challenges independently.
Salary & Growth Opportunities:
- Starting salary of $2,200 USD/month + performance-based bonuses.
