Your mission is to foster long-term partnerships by delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Develop strategic business plans in collaboration with senior sales leaders. Conduct thorough prospect analysis to identify key opportunities and create effective engagement strategies. Work closely with pre-sales teams to design bespoke solutions that exceed client expectations. 3-5 years of experience in new business sales within the IT, services, or HR sectors in Brazil. Fluency in both Portuguese and English, with a deep understanding of the Brazilian market. Full right to work and a valid driving license in Brazil.
