Key Responsibilities: Booking Management: Book and confirm individual travel components, including guides, accommodations, transportation, tours, and other related services. Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely communication and accurate service delivery. Client Support: Oversight of client bookings, ensuring all details are accurate, up-to-date, and meet client expectations. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve booking-related issues promptly by liaising with suppliers and clients if required. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of bookings, communications, and confirmations in our travel management system. Quality Assurance: Verify accuracy of itineraries and services to ensure client satisfaction. Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product teams to align on client requirements and deliver exceptional experiences.
