About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the full production workflow of our weekly interview podcast. This role will handle guest communication, scheduling, episode preparation, editorial coordination, and project management from pre-production through publishing. Our ideal candidate must be able to communicate professionally, manage multiple moving pieces, and maintain a calm, supportive tone consistent with our brand. Sofia Unfiltered is a podcast that interviews physicians, psychologists, authors, wellness experts, and thought leaders. The successful candidate will work closely with these guests to create engaging content for our audience.
