Content Operations Manager The Content Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire content lifecycle within our app, including strategic planning, content creation, and performance analysis. This role requires a unique blend of creative vision and technical expertise to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement content strategies that align with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality content. Analyze performance metrics to inform future content initiatives. Manage and maintain content calendars, schedules, and workflows. Provide operational support to the content team to ensure seamless execution. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in a field related to content and communication such as Journalism, Advertising, or Administration. Knowledge of the short-video market and digital content trends. Excellent organizational skills and analytical thinking using data. Previous experience with content management systems. Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking). Nice to Have: Experience working with short-video platforms or app-based content operations. Familiarity with content performance metrics and analytics tools. Collaboration experience with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. Basic knowledge of in-app page diagramming or interface editing tools.
