Regional Sales Manager – Office Equipment (South America) Remote → Onsite (Brazil) We are representing an international industrial & consumer products group that is expanding its office equipment business across South America. The company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive distributor development, regional sales growth, and key project execution. The role is remote-based in Brazil initially, with a planned transition to onsite work in Brazil from April. Responsibilities Drive regional sales performance and gross margin achievement across South America. Develop and manage distributor and dealer networks in multiple South American countries. Leverage existing industry resources to accelerate customer acquisition. Lead key customer projects and coordinate joint sales efforts with local partners. Manage complex product portfolios with multiple SKUs. Execute pricing strategies, new product launches, and GTM plans. Support regional market development and channel promotion initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above. 3–5+ years of experience in regional sales, channel sales, or business development. Solid background in office equipment (e.G., printers, shredders, related hardware). Experience managing multiple projects and large SKU portfolios. Proven track record in new product launches and go-to-market execution. Existing distributor or customer resources in the South American office equipment market are highly preferred. Willing to travel frequently and transition to onsite work in Brazil from April. Role Highlights Regional-level role with high ownership and decision-making authority. Direct involvement in market build-up and channel expansion across South America. Long-term growth opportunity within an international organization.
