Job Title: Java Microservices Developer

Duration: Contract

Experience Level: 7–11 years

Location: Hybrid – São Paulo

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Java-based microservices following industry best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and secure backend systems.

• Ensure high-quality code through unit testing, debugging, and documentation.

• Lead and participate in code reviews, promoting architectural and coding standards.

• Optimize the performance, reliability, and maintainability of backend services.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and integrate relevant advancements into the stack.

Qualifications

• 7–11 years of hands-on experience in Java and microservices development.

• Proven track record of leading backend development projects in distributed environments.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.

• Experience working with distributed teams is an advantage.
