Estamos contratando Analista de Customer Success em Curitiba/PR Buscamos um(a) Customer Success generalista para atuar de forma estratégica e mão na massa no ciclo de Sucesso do Cliente. Essa pessoa será responsável por garantir uma experiência fluida desde o onboarding até a adoção contínua, realizando acompanhamento ativo da base, análises de risco e ações de retenção. Responsabilidades Realizar o onboarding dos clientes, garantindo entendimento do produto, boas práticas e alinhamento de expectativas. Acompanhar o ciclo de vida do cliente, monitorando indicadores de engajamento, uso da solução e satisfação. Identificar riscos de churn por meio de análises qualitativas e quantitativas, propondo planos de ação. Atuar diretamente em iniciativas de retenção, incluindo follow-ups, reuniões estratégicas e recomendações de valor. Mapear oportunidades de expansão e upsell, quando aplicável. Colaborar com equipes internas (Produto, Suporte, Vendas, Marketing) para garantir uma jornada integrada. Contribuir com a melhoria contínua dos processos de Customer Success. Requisitos Experiência prévia em Customer Success, Atendimento ao Cliente, Implantação ou áreas correlatas. Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade de conduzir reuniões e treinar usuários. Perfil analítico, com habilidade para interpretar dados e identificar riscos. Organização e gestão de prioridades para lidar com múltiplos clientes simultaneamente. Proatividade, empatia e foco em resolução de problemas. Conhecimento de ferramentas de CRM e plataformas de CS (diferencial).
