Are you a skilled engineer looking to drive innovation in the nuclear industry? We're seeking an experienced Gen AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of generative AI solutions that enhance nuclear operations, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures. The ideal candidate will have expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large language models, as well as experience with cloud platforms and MLOps practices. About the Role: Design, develop, and deploy generative AI solutions tailored to nuclear operations Collaborate with nuclear engineers and subject matter experts to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements in safety, efficiency, and compliance Build and fine-tune AI models for nuclear-specific applications such as procedure generation, technical documentation analysis, predictive maintenance, and operational decision support Ensure all AI solutions comply with nuclear regulatory requirements (NRC) and industry standards for safety-critical systems Responsibilities: Develop prompt engineering strategies and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems for nuclear knowledge management Implement robust testing, validation, and monitoring frameworks for AI models in high-stakes environments Create and maintain documentation for AI models, algorithms, and deployment processes Stay current with emerging AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to nuclear operations Requirements: Experience in regulated industries (energy, nuclear, aerospace, or healthcare) Knowledge of nuclear operations, safety protocols, or regulatory environment Experience with RAG systems, vector databases, and semantic search technologies Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices Understanding of cybersecurity principles for AI systems Benefits: Professional development and constant evolution of your skills Opportunities to work outside Brazil A collaborative, diverse, and innovative environment What We Offer: Health insurance Dental Plan Life insurance Transportation vouchers Meal/Food Voucher Childcare assistance Gympass
