This role will be instrumental in managing and enhancing strategic financial models, including the Huron Consulting net tuition revenue model and the Alvarez & Marsal 5-Year Financial Plan. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial modeling, data analytics, and enterprise financial systems, with a strong preference for experience using Workday Financials. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ·Lead the maintenance and enhancement of the Huron Consulting net tuition revenue model, ensuring accuracy and alignment with institutional goals. ·Manage and update the Alvarez & Marsal 5-Year Financial Plan, incorporating strategic initiatives and forecasting assumptions. ·Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. ·Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership. ·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data inputs and validate assumptions. ·Prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership, board meetings, and external stakeholders. ·Support the implementation and optimization of Workday Financials, including reporting and data integration. ·Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements. QUALIFICATIONS: ·Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's preferred). ·Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, and planning. ·Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale financial models and strategic planning tools. ·Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.G., PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau). ·Experience with Workday Financials strongly preferred. ·Excellent communication and presentation skills. ·Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Compliance Salary Range Disclosure Compensation Range: $103,500 - $115,000
